The law here (IIRC) says that quoting from any source is not a copyright breach providing it comes under the term 'Fair Use' ie not quoting the whole site or whole threads. I'm sure it's the same in USA. Also lets not forget that this site and it's forum contents are Google indexed and cloned under mailorderbrides.com, in my opinion you'd have a devil of a job upholding this copyright clause outside the USA. Finally the clause mentions 'sites' but fails to mention any other published media. Might want to look at that or I might want to read the section more thoroughly....
